Chakra Balancing Workshop with Yoga and Reiki

This 7 part series dedicated to healing and balancing the chakra energy centers using the powerful tools of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation enhanced with the healing energy of reiki. With each practice, we will have a single chakra focus to cultivate greater inner balance and awareness. Each 90 minute session will include a discussion of the chakra being worked on, asana practice specifically chosen for their ability to help open that chakra, and a guided meditation. We’ll even incorporate the use of crystals and essential oils to support your chakra opening journey.

Full Moon HOYA

Get ready for the dreamiest HOYA, yet! I am taking Hike Off Your Asana to a new class location!
We'll release all that is no longer serving us to the full moon rising over the Santa Monica Mountains on Sunday, November 10th!

Our parking and meeting point will be the Lois Ewen Overlook on Saddle Peak Rd. Please give yourself plenty of time, especially if you are not familiar with driving on the mountain roads. The overlook is 20 min from Woodland Hills or Calabasas coming from Hwy 101. You can expect cell reception to be spotty, so plan ahead with your navigation.

Class description:
Wind down from the weekend and refocus your energy and intentions for the week ahead with this "breath of fresh air" approach to yoga and mindfulness.
We will hike out to a beautiful serene point for our yoga practice as we bask in the glow of the sun setting over the Santa Monica Mountains. This beautiful space will allow you to step out of the day to day and take a moment to truly appreciate the wonders of this beautiful life. This is an all levels, donation based class ($20/participant suggested). Cash/check, or Venmo accepted.

Hike and Yoga in the Santa Monica mountains. An all levels, outdoor yoga class in a beautiful natural setting. Please wear hiking shoes and bring an "outdoor" yoga mat (not your favorite, beloved, studio mat - I will also have mats to lend). Please also carry your own water and a light jacket for the hike back. The hike isn't too strenuous and you will hike with your mat to the location for yoga. Class is appropriate for the whole family! Please message or post any questions.

Please bring a flashlight or headlamp for the hike back UP the trail as we will be hiking back in moonlight only.

Sunrise breath + balance

Boost your energy and your gratitude with a sunrise practice that will get your gears turning. Align your body and breath with your intentions for the day ahead with pranayama, meditation, and a smooth vinyasa practice. Each class will allow you space to grow your practice on all levels with the consistency it takes to get there. This is a level 1/2 class with specific postures that will leave you feeling challenged and strong helping you to cultivate balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
