Group Run and Yoga

Join The Future Track Running Pack for group run and yoga. Come for the group run starting at 6p or join for yoga following the run back at the store (7:10-ish). I will be teaching runner specific yoga to help prevent overuse and common running injuries with many good "take home" stretches that you can start building into your running cool down right away. Please bring a mat (I will have several to lend as well). The running group meets every Wednesday evening with yoga once a month (third Wed). Hope to see runners, fitness walkers, and yogis alike Wednesday evening.
